Fleischmann diversifies the line of mixes for breads and cookies

Recognized by the variety of its portfolio, the Fleischmann inserts two more options for food service: premixtures of type biscuit chipa and cheese bread cheddar flavor. The differentials are practicality and flavor, and the feature tag to the thread, which is increasingly geared to meet the growing consumer demand for food away from home and small meals.
The cheese bread cheddar flavor has the recipe based on mixture of traditional cheese bread, sales success on the bread line. With characteristic flavor and aroma of the cheddar cheese, this version features light and fluffy-looking texture in golden color in the bark, as well as better performance.
The premix for type biscuit chipa, inspired by the traditional Paraguayan cooking recipe, has its own flavor and consistency. Versatile, the dough can be made with water or milk, as well as eggs and cheese. The balanced formulation allows easy modeling, and after ready the mixture can still be frozen without running the risk of losing aroma and flavor.
The products are for sale in a kilo, with shelf life of six months, available throughout the country.
