The general oversight of the Administrative Council for economic Defense (Cade) authorized the 3 Hearts group to buy the brands of coffee and derivatives CLA Iguaçu soluble coffee in Latin America, including Brazil.
The operation involves the Iguaçu, friend and Cruise brands, customer portfolio, the field of Coffee internet, besides Iguacu formulas of industrialization of soluble coffee, cappuccino, ground roasted coffee, coffee with milk and chocolate milk.
Also authorized an agreement whereby the Iguaçu, which shall remain in possession of its factories, will be responsible for providing instant coffee brands purchased by 3 Hearts.
Order approving the operation without restrictions was published on Wednesday, 8, in the Diário Oficial da União.
