Law reduces consumption of bags in 70%

The consumption of plastic bags fell in 70% in São Paulo after one year of the adoption of the '' law of bags ", decreed by Mayor Fernando Haddad on April 5 last year. The data are of Apas (São Paulo supermarket Association).
