Netshoes Group announces purchase of trademark women''s shoes Shoestock

The e-commerce giant Netshoes announced on Tuesday (23) the purchase of the brand of shoes and women''s accessories Shoestock.
First acquisition of Netshoes, the purchase was made through its e-commerce sets Zattini, released in December 2014. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
Created in 1986, the Shoestock was shaken by the fall in consumption, intensified in 2015, because of the economic crisis in the country. Last year, closed its stores and closed sales on the site.
Now, the group becomes the only Netshoes holder of the Shoestock and must resume the production and sale of footwear and accessories brand.
According to the group, the objective is to digitize and relaunching the brand in the second half of this year. The warehouses and stores disabled can be reused.
If the Netshoes reopen stores footwear brand, would be the return of physical trade group nine years after becoming totally virtual.
