DAKO and Continental can come back to the market

The Capital Consulting, legal administrator responsible for the recovery process of Mabe, presented to justice a plan to resume the manufacture of refrigerators and stoves of Continental marks and Dako. Paralyzed since the end of 2015, the production was shut down by total after being declared bankrupt manufacturer, last week.
The consultancy aims to use an article provided for in the Bankruptcy Act to resume production activities. The so-called continuity plan provides for the creation of a wholly owned subsidiary of the insolvent estate, which would take over the factories in Campinas and Hortolândia (SP) and would be responsible for selling the products. The idea is to take advantage of the relevance that Continental and Dako still have on the market and recover the business for a possible sale of the operation within two years.
The creation of the subsidiary, content, depends on the release of Justice, which, even if it is achieved, does not guarantee its effectiveness. To continue, you will need to retrieve resources of judicial deposits for recomportar box and enable investments.
Mabe had requested judicial reorganization in may 2013 and had the process approved in January 2014. The plan provided for the renegotiation of 300 million R$ the R$ 400 million in debts. However, at the end of 2015 the company failed to honor commitments and paralyzed operations.
