SÃO PAULO-inflation index on the internet, known as E-flation, was 0.38% drop in September, after having retreated 1.05 percent in August, shows a survey made by the Brazilian Institute of Retail executives and Consumer Market (Ibevar) in partnership with the Retail Management program (Prove).
