Purchase of the Boy by Nestlé can be adopted definitively

Cade (Administrative Council of economic defense) established yesterday (04/10) guidelines for the purchase of the Boy by Nestlé be accepted definitely. The measures were not disclosed by the Rapporteur of the case, Alexander Lamb. The details still need to be approved in plenary on the organ at the next meeting, on 18 October.
The judicial process concerning the operation was suspended since May this year, when Nestle sent a proposal for a solution to the organ. The company acquired the Boy in 2002. Two years later, Cade determined that the operation was undone. Now, after 14 years, it is possible to reach the end of the case.
