Ibema launches first 100% Brazilian Cartonboard for the production of cups

Ibema, third largest manufacturer of Cartonboard of Brazil and one of the greatest players from Latin America, presents to the packaging market the first national solution developed for the production of paper cups: the Ibema Valoro Coppa.
The Cartonboard, coated with a thin film of polyethylene on one or on both sides, is applicable in packages that require barrier to liquids, fatty or frozen, such as cups of hot and cold drinks, ice cream pots, buckets of popcorn or for fried chicken, for example.
The release integrates the Ibema Valoro line, which passes the count with three new models of Cartonboard, each ideal for a type of application. Products-Ibema Valoro Coppa, Ibema Valoro Plurale and Ibema Valoro Freddo – stand out for high printability and stiffness, which provide customers with performance and quality graphics to the end consumer.
