Puratos Acquires Italian Industry

The Puratos, baking industry, confectionery and chocolate, with headquarters in Belgium, acquired last month from April to BFL Bakery Future Lines, Italian industry manufacturer of ingredients for baking and specializes in natural yeasts. Puratos's strategy is to expand the industrialization of BFL in order to double production volume of dough healthy, since the demand for natural products is increasing. Consequently, according to the own Puratos, the company reinforces its knowledge in the development of dough mother, i.e. masses that undergo a process of natural fermentation.
