BRF closes deal to distribute food in the United Kingdom

The food manufacturer BRF has entered into an agreement for the creation of a joint venture with the Invicta group Food (IFGL). The Brazilian company's objective is to distribute processed foods in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Scandinavia, informed the BRF yesterday. The joint venture will bring together the current operation of the BRF in these countries and the structure of IFGL, which has strong presence in the food service market in the United Kingdom. After buying an additional slice of joint venture for 18 million pounds, the BRF have 62% stake in the business
