Marfrig Refrigerator units purchase Mercosur

The Marfrig food company said on Monday that it has completed negotiations to purchase industrial plants of the MERCOSUR, which were leased Refrigerator since November 2009.
The value of the transaction is of 418 million dollars to be paid in nine years, with a grace period of three years.
The units are located in Capão do Leão (RS), Mato Leitão (RS), Pirenópolis (GO), Tucuman (PA), Nova Londrina (PR) and Alegrete (RS).
