Eggs/Cepea: limited supply and lift prices higher consumption by up to 37% on month

The reduced supply and demand have heated strongly rising prices for eggs. In regions where prices include freight, the adjustments were the most expressive between 30 January and 20 February. For extra type egg, red, increased enough to 37% for the product delivered on the big SP and also in greater Belo Horizonte, with r $ 96,63 and R $ 97.82, respectively, on Friday, 20. In Rio de Janeiro, where business had an average of R $ 98,26/cx 20 day, the cumulative adjustment are in 36%.
The average price of extra type, white, placed in greater Sao Paulo, rose 28% over the same period, with the box going to $ 77.77.
