Just arrived to the market of the State of Rio de Janeiro the Italian pasta, grano duro, of the Borges Food. There are four types of dried pasta-penne rigate, farfalle, spaghetti and fusilli – which can be found in the supermarket Prezunic network. The Italian pasta Borges are already marketed in several Brazilian States and in countries of Europe and Asia. The goal is to attract both consumers of the common masses, as those who already consume masses of grano duro – a type of wheat fairly used in Italian cooking, resulting in a tougher and elastic dough, which don't break with cooking and has a higher protein value than common wheat.
Borges masses are offered in packs of 500 grams. All packages bring recipes and usage tips.
