Outback owner launches new network in Brazil

Rather than the Australian Outback-style, the new network will have Italian inspiration and an open kitchen in the center of the restaurant.
The country was chosen for the start of the expansion of Abbraccio because of the success of the Outback Steakhouse. The Australian-inspired restaurant that more invoice in the world is in Brazil, in shopping Center Norte, in São Paulo. The bloomin' Brands command the Brazilian operation from 2013.

The first restaurant at the mall will be inaugurated Abbraccio Vila Olímpia, in March, and the second, undated, still in the shopping Market Place, both in São Paulo. Will be invested around r $ 5.5 million at the opening of each unit.
In addition to the investment in space, the company spent about $ 1 million in the new brand positioning.
Despite being known in the United States, the Carraba's name – the name of a traditional Italian family – not had as much impact elsewhere in the world. So, was chosen the name Abbraccio (embrace, in Italian).
