Industry sales grew 1.93 percent in Sao Paulo, says Apas

Supermarkets do Estado de São Paulo presented growth of 1.93% in real turnover (sales) in 2014 in comparison to 2013, according to balance sheet released by São Paulo supermarket Association (Apas).
The data are deflated and consider the same stores concept-operation with minimum time of 12 months.
In December 2014 was decrease of 2.96% in sales compared to December 2013, and compared to November 2014 there was high of 18.77%, reported the entity.
Already in the concept of all the stores-which considers the total of open operations in 2014-there was no elevation in 2014 of 3.86%. In December there were 1.56% drop compared to December 2013 and high of 19.13% compared to November.
