RADLER REACHES 0.4% of the VOLUME of the KAISER, SAYS HEINEKEN

The manufacturer of drinks Heineken Brazil reported that sales by volume of Kaiser Radler, a mixture of beer with natural lemon juice thrown in the Brazilian market in October, has already reached 0.4% of the volume of the Kaiser.

On the occasion of the press conference for the launch of Radler, Heineken was betting that the drink would boost sales by the end of 2013 and the beginning of this year and that has the potential to reach 10% of the volume of the Kaiser sold in Brazil, equal to the percentage of countries where the Radler is marketed.
The company also reported, in a statement Thursday that the German recipe, created in 1992, leads the ranking of countries that consume Radlers produced by Heineken since 2007, ahead of countries such as Austria and Poland. "Every three brewery radlers sold worldwide, a Brazilian", stressed the manufacturer. The Brazil is responsible for 60% of the production of Radler recipe on a list of 29 new countries that sell the drink.
