Cooperative with me get in the segment of long-life milk

Agroindustrial cooperative of Farmers of Southwest Goiano (Me) enters the UHT segment with the launch of skimmed milk and integral in long life packaging from SIG Combibloc. A CFA 812 machine was installed in Rio Verde (State of Goiás), with capacity to fill 12,000 packages/hour. Packages of 1 litre combiblocMidi with screw cap were chosen for both versions of the milk.
Until 2013, the dairy products division of Me worked only with pasteurized milk type C, as well as butter, cheese, cottage cheese, other dairy drinks and dulce de leche. "The strategic partnership with SIG Combibloc allowed us to enter the UHT long life packaging segment consistently.
