Arezzo's profit rises 14% in 2013

The footwear and accessories retailer Arezzo profited $ 32.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2013, with advance of 3.4% compared to the previous year. In 12 months, the profit was r $ 110.6 million, which represents a growth of 14%.
The company's net revenue was R $ 257,6 million in the months of October, November and December, with growth of 1.9%. In the last year-to-date, revenue is up 11.9% to r $ 962,9 million.
The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (Ebitda) totaled r $ 43.6 million in the quarter, falling 0.5 percent, and totaled r $ 159,5 millions in the year, with a high of 17.5%.
The net financial result was positive in R $ 3.24 million in the quarter, an increase of seven-and-a-half times over the net financial gain of R $ 428 million a year earlier. In the year, the improvement in the result was 43.9% to r $ 7.62 million.
