Marcopolo profits $ 75.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2013

SÃO PAULO-Marcopolo, manufacturer of bus and truck bodies, recorded net income of r $ 75.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2013, which represents a drop of 19.9 percent over the same period in 2012.
The Ebitda (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) totaled r $ 111.2 million between October and December last year, 9.5% indentation ante equal range of the previous year. The Ebitda margin stood at 12.1 percent, 0.6 percentage point lower on the same basis of comparison.
Already the Marcopolo's net operating revenues totaled r $ 922,2 million in the fourth quarter of 2013, 4.9% lower than the obtained between October and December 2012. The net financial result of the fourth quarter of 2013 was negative in r $ 2.5 million, against the $ 3.3 million negative also recorded in the same period the previous year.
