Linx acquires developer of pharmaceutical software

The Linx software company reported this Monday that acquired the developer and marketer of software automation and management of pharmacies Softpharma by 44 million reais, according to material fact sent to market.
The acquisition will be conducted by Linx Consulting and Systems, a subsidiary of the company that will pay for the acquisition in sight and may afford additional 21.1 million depending on the achievement of certain financial and operational targets in 2015 and 2016.
"The acquisition is in line with the strategic objectives of the company asset acquisitions in the tech sector, specifically of management software companies focused on retail," said Linx.
According to the company, the Softpharma, focused on pharmaceutical networks of small and medium businesses, has estimated gross revenue for 2014 of 18 million reais.
