Velcro purchase company and expands operations in the Country

The Velcro Industries confirmed the acquisition of a distribution company located in Sapiranga (RS). The u.s. company, which offers mounting solutions, also announced the opening of an Office in São Paulo (SP).
The intention with the purchase of the Distributor and Trade Representations Jore Ltda-since 1991 distributes products Velcro to health sector companies, transport and industry-is to enable the easy integration between the solutions of brand, like zippers, straps and laces, and South American companies and their products. The Velcro Brazil will focus on partnerships with new sectors and the opportunity to offer its complete portfolio.
