War group and make joint venture to Senoble dairy import

The paranaense group War, which operates in seed markets, storage and communications, signed a joint venture with the French multinational Senoble to import frozen milk desserts from the first quarter of 2014. Through this partnership, the two companies are studying the construction of a factory in the State of Parana, said the value of the Group's Executive Director, Ricardo Guerra.

As War, Senoble group is investing about $ 200 million in building a factory of milk desserts in Spain. The Executive does not risk telling, however, how much would it take to erect a factory in Parana. "It is still premature to talk about values," he added.
Still, Guerra said that the possible investment should not be of the same size of the Spanish Unit. According to him, the factory of Senoble on Spain has big production capacity and perhaps does not exist in Brazil to meet demand the provision of a unit with similar capacity.
