Investments in research and new technologies aim to meet the peculiarities of every client. Leaving the technical difficulties, cost-benefit and procedures of food industries in promoting promotions with inserting "figurines" or "cards", the Novelprint developed the self adhesive material and the insertion system perfect for these types of actions.
When they occur the most usual form promotional activities to introduce the "figures" or "cards" inside the packaging, it is still done by hand which makes the job a bit inefficient, it causes a lot of unwanted effects in the productive process, since hygiene can be committed beyond the lack of harmony between man and machine. In the process Novelprint, the cards are supplied in rolls which enables the insertion using common labellers that play the role of separating and insert them inside the Pack, without any human contact, and the speed of the production line.
The technology developed by Novelprint allows the direct contact of label/self-adhesive stickers with the food, and the insertion system accompanies the productive line of large industries, thus there is no prejudice against run time and avoids the drawbacks mentioned above. The patent complies with all principles GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice or good manufacturing practices), is safe and accessible.
