KSB raises production of valves with new plant in SP

Traditional manufacturer of hydraulic pumps, KSB is investing to advance in the market. The multinational, of German origin, is in Brazil since 1954, with the manufacture of bombs. The older valves Division for the company in other countries, just happened to have operations here in 2005, when the KSB bought the Brazilian industry of valves and controls (IVC).
At the time of the acquisition, KSB took a rented unit in São Paulo. In five years, the goal is that the Division reach revenues of r $ 100 million and respond by at least one-sixth of the local revenue.
The valve is similar to the clientele. The biggest demand comes from the oil and gas sector and there are great expectations with the pre-salt and advance notice of new refineries, as Premium I and II Premium of Petrobras, which will be built in the State of Maranhão and Ceará respectively.
