Randon brings solutions for transporting beverage

Randon S.A., a national leader in the manufacture of roadway equipment offers complete solutions for transporting beverages. In its broad portfolio of products in this segment include the beverage truck bodies, the body dry cargo and Semirreboque Sider. Produced in Guarulhos (SP), the products bring innovative concepts and come with a host of technological aggregates.
In order to ensure even more security in the transport of cargo, the company incorporated to the Bodywork, the ringer equivalence of open doors. The purpose of this item is to alert the operator and prevent the doors to rise when the product is on the move, thus avoiding the loss of the cargo at the time of distribution.
With flat body models and demoted, Randon manufactures custom equipment for this segment, in the hybrid versions (steel + aluminium) and 100% aluminum. To meet the topographic conditions and restrictions on movement, peculiar to each region, offers body models of 04, 06, 08, 10 and 12 magazines, which gives greater agility in distribution and transport of pallets of drinks.
The product features ergonomic advantages, with built-in platform in all compartments, providing less risk of injury for the operator and also the transport of 10 complete pallets, without the need for withdrawal from last in the ballast not demoted. Within the weight legislation, ensures increased productivity at approximately 01 pallet (42 cases) per trip. Considering the body call version (6 x 2), allows 10 pallets, in addition to providing greater versatility to the mix in the last Bay, combined with the use of shelf and rear door for easy unloading.
Another product used by companies engaged in the transport of beverages is the body dry cargo. It is produced with components that comply with environmental laws and regulations, through the already consecrated Ecoplate technology. It is an ecological Panel formed by a set of renewable materials, made of galvanized steel, thermoplastic polymer and reforested wood, joined by high-strength adhesive.
With this technology, used since 2005 on the sides of the bulk Randon, the product WINS benefits such as longer life, lower weight, mechanical strength, abrasion, modern design and ease of cleaning. Despite the market being common to use 100% in wood on the sides, the company decided to use the structure of the body-in-White dry cargo, steel components, in order to give greater strength and durability.

Inside the heavy line, Semirreboque Sider has great capacity and logistics primarily serves palletized loads. Loading and unloading operations are facilitated through the side openings in canvas and opening and locking system of pallets by means of pneumatic Pistons that streamline the operation, besides the use of angles in synthetic material that ensure greater safety and prevent damage to the load and to the canvas. All these aggregates confer greater agility in product handling.
Another differentiator of Randon Sider is in Painting DuraTech ®, used in Randon products since 2009, which ensures greater durability in painting, best quality and finishing of the chassis, plus 5 year warranty on the chassis paint, color factory default.
Available in several versions, with a capacity of 20, 22, 24, 26 and 28 pallets, the semirreboque meets the PBR pallets combinations I and PBR II. The product has mixed floor in aluminium and steel, which gives added strength to the base, a special structure for loading and securing the pallets of drink. In addition, it has a ratchet pulley to promote perfect tensioning of canvas, allowing a smooth surface, ideal for applying adhesives, paintings and prints.
