Barry-Wehmiller Arcil purchase to expand its presence in the market of yoghurts

Robert h. Chapman, Chairman and CEO of Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Inc., announced the acquisition of French Arcil SA, purveyor of fresh dairy products and packaging of foods. The project expands the company's packaging platform for six separate operations and increases the capital goods and engineering consultancy company in the global industry growth of yogurt.
