Pasteurized milk type B, is a drink derived from milk with medium microbiological quality. It is produced using a milking system, preferably mechanical, must be transported and cooled to 10 degrees, no more than 6 hours after milking. Is valid for use up to 3 days after pasteurization. It should be stored in the refrigerator.
