Elgin Group Acquires HeatCraft of Brazil

In official note, the Elgin Group specializing in products for commercial and residential use as air conditioners, tools, phones, lamps, cooling and planned mobile, announces the signing of agreement for acquisition of HeatCraft Brazil-which provides climate control solutions for applications in industrial and commercial refrigeration. The values were not disclosed by the company. The purchase is subject to the approval of the Administrative Council for economic Defense (Cade). The Elgin and HeatCraft will continue to conduct its activities independently until completing the acquisition.
