Paulista retail should grow 7% in August

Retail sales in August, month in which is celebrated the Day of the Parents, shall register R $53.2 billion in the State of São Paulo in Brazil. The value represents a growth of 7% over the same period last year. The data is the FecomercioSP (Federation of trade in goods, services and tourism of the State of São Paulo). According to the entity, the sectors that should present the greatest growth are the electronics and apparel. The actual revenue from sales of appliances should increase 15% in the same comparative basis. The thread of clothing, fabrics and shoes must have high of 5%. For the city of São Paulo, the expectation is high of 10% in retail turnover in August, reaching R $16.9 billion.
