Brazilian retail has high sales in the first father''s day in 2 years, says Serasa Experian

SAO PAULO-Brazilian retail sales the week before the father''s day rose 2,5% this year over a year earlier, the first growth for the season in two years, reported on Monday the credit data company Serasa Experian.
Last year, sales in the week of father''s day had retreated after another drop in 8,8% 5,1% in 2015, according to company data.
In Sao Paulo, the country''s biggest market, sales in the week of father''s day rose 1% before the same week last year. Between Friday and Sunday this year, the high was 3,9%.
At 13:33, the index which gathers consumer stocks on B3 1,68% high had, while the Ibovespa had appreciation of 1,63%.
