L '' Oréal Accepts offer from Natura for The Body Shop

Natura announced on Tuesday (June 20), which the French L '' Oréal has accepted your offer of 1 billion euros for British control The Body Shop. The contract is scheduled for 26 June in London, but the operation still needs the approval of regulators in Brazil and in the United States. Natura announced earlier this month an exclusive negotiation with l '' Oréal, which qualified as "a decisive step in the internationalization of its business".
