Eucatex''s profit rises to $11 Mi in 4th Qtr

The manufacturer of paints, varnishes and wood panels posted a net profit of 11 million R$ in the fourth quarter of 2016, after achieving a result of 700,000 R$ between October and December of the previous year. Net revenue fell 1.7%, on the same basis of comparison, from R$ 289,400,000 to R$ 284,500,000. In the segment of wood, retreated 4.3 percent, while sales of inks segment rose by 4.1% in the period. Recurring Ebitda-cashing the variation in fair value of biological assets and non-recurring events-added R$ 46,800,000 in the last three months of 2016, up 1.9%.
