Paints Farben launches energy-efficient UV line

The Paints Farben launched a UV product line with high energy efficiency to the furniture segment called Farben Energy Efficient, which provides 30 50% of the electrical energy savings (kwh) in the drying process of UV painting.
Now with the new line UV Energy Efficient, companies in the furniture sector can count on more a measure to implement their manufacturing cost reductions and improve their competitiveness on the market.
According to the technical and commercial Manager of I.g. Farben, Ilmar Broch, the company brings to the market a technological innovation to launch the products in order to reduce costs through energy savings. The new UV line Farben Energy Efficient includes paints, varnishes and Add-ons such as primers, seallers, masses, lacquers and finishes for furniture.
By offering high energy efficiency, the products of the new UV line Farben Energy Efficient require the least amount of energy to promote healing of the film in the UV drying process, means that less energy in millijoules per cm ². The result, is the economy of 30 to 50% of electric energy (Kwh) in this process and consequently less environmental impacts.
