Acquisition Enables New flag of Our Super

The network has recently acquired the four shops of Belo Horizonte (MG) of Morini Premium. These units will be the first to receive the concept "Super Moment Our", proximity store format. The Group should open by the end of the year about nine units with the concept. The prediction is that the first store to be opened in June. The total investment, not to mention the acquisition of stores will amount to r $ Morini, 20 million. According to the President, will have units Nejm Euler until 600 m², well smaller than the Super stores and traditional supermarkets.
The concept
The focus of the stores, according to the Executive, is the bakery, and the goal is to offer solution for snacks and for purchases of products ready and immediate consumption. Aimed at customers of classes A and B, the stores will, in addition to the bakery, fresh produce, perishable items and a small supermarket. The company's expectation is that sales in bakery and rotisserie, in addition to ready meals and shushis, are responsible for 40% of revenues from new stores. All nine shops also will feature a gourmet space, so customers can make meals on site.
