39% of people prioritized buying real estate never before inhabited

Buying a brand new apartment is still the dream of a relevant portion of consumers who are looking for a property. According to a survey by the Zap classified group, 39% of the Internet users who visit their site want a house in the launching phase, that is, that is in the plant, in works or that has never been inhabited. The main motivations for the purchase are: to stop living in rent (24%), marriage (21%) and change to a safer neighbourhood (19%).
