Online retail grows 16% in the first semester

The national e-commerce presented a turnover of R $35 billion in the first half of 2019. The survey was carried out by the Brazilian Association of Electronic Commerce (ABComm). The amount represents a growth of 16% before the same period of the previous year. With an average ticket of R $301, the leading segment in Invoicing was that of home appliances, followed by electronics, computer, mobile phones, fashion, accessories and health and beauty. The southeast and South regions were the most representative with 65% and 13% of sales in the first six months of the year, respectively.
