Nestlé and R&R form joint venture to serve the Brazilian ice cream

The joint venture Froneri, formed by Nestlé and R&R-leading company in the United Kingdom-based sorbets will start its operations from October 1. To meet the increased demand of the Brazilian ice cream in the warmer months of the year, the company expanded the workforce with the hiring of temporary 130 to work during the high season at the ice cream factory, located in Rio de Janeiro, in Jacarepaguá.
According to data from the new company, this new work force will join for a period of approximately six months, employees who already work in the unit. In addition to the signings, the plant also received recently, investment for improvements at the facility, including the restaurant and leisure areas for employees.

For the next few months, are still several releases on Nestlé ice cream portfolio both in line of popsicles and cones, as the jars. The news arrive to reinforce the presence of classic brands such as La Frutta and Mega, super premium line Nestlé Gelato, launched in 2015 and already has six flavors: Vaniglia, Caramello Salato, Limoncello, Cioccolato Nero, Pistacchio and Panna Cotta.
