Brazil nuts: Acre records 202% in export increase

In Acre, the marketing of Brazil nuts in shell of the 2012/2013 season has already surpassed in 202% the volume marketed in the previous harvest and recorded an increase of 180% in the amount billed with the sale of the product to the international market. The data were found to make up the price of agricultural and forestry Bulletin, produced monthly by Embrapa Acre and the Federation of agriculture and livestock in the State of Acre (FAEAC).
