Brazilians opting for local brands foods

6/21/2016 - According to the Nielsen Global study on origin of Brands, Brazilians prefer the global brands for durable goods, especially technological products such as computers and laptops, mobiles, tv (73%) and camera/video equipment (63%), in addition to personal care products like shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste (58%).

1.9 trillion food packaging were shipped worldwide in 2014

5/5/2015 - The number of food packaging units sold globally increased 3%, reaching 1.9 trillion in 2014, according to data from Euromonitor International. The stand-up pouch, although not among the most used plastic packaging in the food industry, is the fastest-growing type, with forecast average annual growth of 6% for the period from 2014 to 2019
