JBS Invests in SP To Enlarge Refrigerator

Friboi, JBS's beef business unit, is investing approximately R$ 11 million in its unit in Lins, in the interior of São Paulo, to expand the slaughter of cattle by about 30% from March. The company will create 150 jobs in the city, in addition to the more than 7,000 employees of jbs industrial complex in Lins. The resources are part of the R$ 8 billion that JBS will invest in Brazil from 2020 to 2024. Additional production will be aimed at major global markets. Friboi currently has 37 production units throughout Brazil.
