Company announces investment of R $ 30 mi in kitchens aimed at delivery

Steam Cloud Kitchens, a construction and operation company for cloud kitchens (professional kitchens focused only on delivery), will invest R$ 30 million in hubs that must simultaneously serve up to ten different restaurants. The first hub is expected to be inaugurated in March at Tatuapé, in the East Zone of São Paulo. Four others are planned for 2020, in the neighborhoods of Brooklyn and Santana, as well as Santo André and São Bernardo do Campo, in ABC Paulista. Steam plans to reach thirty hubs over the next four years. It comes that has Cloud kitchen (or cloud kitchen, in free translation), is a space available for rent and especially focused on the demand of delivery applications, without face-to-face customer service. The idea is to reduce operating costs for restaurants that want to expand their delivery operations.
