Mexican company Buying santista Jeanswear

Mark Santos Jeanswear, created in 1929, closed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Santos Brazil and Argentina Santos by Mexican textile company Siete Leagues (GSL). The agreement with the Move, the current holding company Camargo Corrêa, was signed on 18 December day, completing the transaction. The GSL group focuses on the production of pants, denim fabrics and other textile products for brands of clothing and department stores, such as Levi's, Polo Ralph Lauren, J.c. Penney, Target and others. According to the statement, the Siete Leagues should invest in modernisation of factories in Brazil (02) and Argentina (01).
