Cade Board approves purchase of Vult Apothecary group

The Administrative Council for economic Defense (Cade) approved, without restrictions, the acquisition of 100% of the brand the group as Apothecary Vult order published in the Official Gazette (GIVE).
The business will be formalized through the calamus, Apothecary group company, which operates in the manufacture, distribution and sale of beauty products. In addition to the Apothecary, the Group explores the Eudora marks, Who said, Berenice? and The Beauty Box.
The Group also controls the Distributor Multi B, which distributes third-party marks. Today, the Group has nearly 4,000 points of sale in more than 1,750 cities throughout Brazil, in addition to acting through your online platform.
