Comcast makes tentative offer of 22.1 billion pounds by Sky

Comcast announced today a tentative offer of 22.1 billion pounds ($ $30.9 billion) by Sky, surpassing the proposal made earlier by the 21st Century Fox. Comcast's offer is £ 12.50 per share of Sky, 16% greater than the proposal of 10.75 pounds per share that Fox showcased by 61% slice that does not have in the company. Comcast declared to want to buy all the shares of the Sky, including the slice of Fox. According to Comcast, a final offer by Sky is subject to approval of your Board.
