Real estate Lee plans to open 40 more stores in 2018

The REALTOR Lee is expanding your franchise model and plans to open 40 more stores by the end of 2018. This year, 25 have been opened: 17 units in the State of São Paulo, 6 in Rio Grande do Sul, Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo, totalizing a 84 stores in operation. In this business model, the franchises pay Lee a royalty, that is, a percentage on the trades, in Exchange for use of the brand and access to a more detailed database about the housing market. Gaining weight With the growth of stores, has also been an evolution in the sales group. In the second quarter of this year, the franchises sold real estate corresponding to an R value of $586 million, 130% more than in the same period last year, generating R $2.3 million of royalties to Lee.
