Makro back profit in Brazil

The wholesaler Makro group returned to operate in the blue in the Brazilian market last year, with profit of R $3,700,000, R $67,700,000 loss versus in 2015. Net revenues grew 6%, from $7.2 billion to R R $7.7 billion.
The network, controlled by the Dutch holding company SHV, came out of the red after two years with bad results and trading of two Presidents in the range of less than a year. The company closed 2013 with R $24 million profit, but went into the red in the following year, registering a loss of R $43,100,000. In 2015, presented loss again, almost R $68 million.
Financial expense in 2015, R, passed to a $19 million financial income of R $24,100,000 last year. The cash balance of the company, which was R $55,500,000 in 2015, has grown during this period, reaching R $107,800,000.
The provision for inventory adjustment on the Makro, which was one of the main problems of management years ago, went from a negative R $2,800,000 in 2015 to positive R $5,200,000 in 2016.
