Alpargatas has R $54.4 million net profit in the second quarter

The footwear manufacturer Alpargatas reported net profits of R $54.4 million in the second quarter of 2017, 9.9% drop compared with the same period last year. In the first half of the year, profit reached $234.2 million, increased R 36.7%.
The Ebitda (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of the company reached R $72.6 million between April and June, a 35.6% compared with the same indentation months of 2016. In six months, Ebitda R sum $320.5 million, growth of 6.1%.
Net income totaled $859.6 million in quarter R shoe, a 15.1% decline compared to the previous year. From January to June, revenues fell 16.9 percent, to $1.667 billion.
