Schär introduces new Pizzas and lasagna gluten free

Schär, world leader in gluten-free foods, brings new solutions to the line of frozen ready meals gluten free: Pizza Margherita, Salami Pizza and lasagna Bolognese. The Pizza Margherita (280 g), which also does not contain lactose, is the traditional recipe of Italian pizza and the champion Schär''s sales worldwide. Another release, Pizza Salami (300 g), brings the traditional recipe with smoked salami, following the standard Italian. Finally, the Lasagne Bolognese (300 g), a lasagna that contain no preservatives or artificial additives and hydrogenated vegetable fat has not. The Schär releases come from meeting with the market. According to a study by Mintel (Healthy Eating Trends), 35% of the population consumes some gluten-free product. And according to a survey done by the brand with its consumers, 64% demand pizza-Brazil are consumed only 1 million pizzas a day.
