Sector of cookies, pasta, breads and cakes moved 36.8 billion in R$ industrial 2016

In the last five years, cookies, pasta, breads and cakes grew 39% industrialized in billing. Only in 2016, the three categories together moved R$ 36.8 billion in 2016, a high of 4.3% from 2015, and reached 3,400,000 tonnes in sales volume, a fall of 2.8% compared to the previous year''s performance.
The data have been disclosed in the Annual 20-17/2018 of the Abimapi (Brazilian Association of industries of cookies, pasta and Processed breads and cakes), representing 100 companies that holds about 80% of the sectors and General more than 100000 direct jobs.
