Anvisa prohibits manufacture and sale of energy mark

São Paulo – Anvisa banned on Monday (27) the manufacture, distribution and sale of all lots of drink D Dopamine Mindful Drink, 269 mL.
According to the Health Department, the tyrosine-based energy drink, taurine and caffeine, manufactured and bottled under licence of Imperial City Petropolis Brewery Ltd needed a health assessment.

Last week, the Anvisa also banned the sale of a batch of paçocas, a brand of foods for babies and a medicine produced by a lab.
